The Chairman of HCCM
It gives me a great pleasure to extend my warm greetings and to welcome all Honorary Consul Generals/Honorary Consuls and Honorary Vice Consuls to view this website of the Honorary Consular Corps Malaysia (HCCM).
By having this website, I hope everyone can get the information on our activities and network among the Honorary Consuls in Malaysia and elsewhere. I strongly believe that HCCM would be able to achieve and provide the member an avenue to come together in improving their roles as Honorary Consuls in the context of developing International Diplomacy and Consular Relations.
As Honorary Consul, I am hopeful that all members will have a platform under HCCM that will lead to areas of mutual co-operation and relationship between the represented countries and also with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. It is of utmost importance that all Honorary Consuls in Malaysia join HCCM so that we become fully representative of all the Honorary Consul as it has been said that unity is strength.
I hope all Honorary Consuls will participate in the upcoming activities of HCCM especially the East Asia Conference that will be held in Penang from 28th till 30th November 2016 and work together to achieve our objectives and goals.
